Silenced No More Foundation Praises Passing of the “Silenced No More Act” in Washington State
The Silenced No More Foundation and its founder Stephanie Van de Motter are praising the actions of Washington state legislators for passing the second Silenced No More Act in the country. Following a similar bill enacted in California this January, HB 1795 bans employers from using non-disclosure agreements to prevent workers from talking about harassment and discrimination at work and provides protection of whistleblowers across Washington.
