Abraham Lincoln “Corporations have been enthroned, an era of corruption in high places will follow”
Abraham Lincoln saw our current crisis approaching from 1864. It’s time we all learned our history, so we can predict the future.
“I see in the near future a crisis approaching that unnerves me and causes me to tremble for the safety of my country. Corporations have been enthroned, an era of corruption in high places will follow, and the money-power of the country will endeavor to prolong it’s reign by working upon the prejudices of the people until the wealth is aggregated in a few hands and the Republic is destroyed.”
— U.S. President Abraham Lincoln, Nov. 21, 1864

I highly doubt Lincoln said that seeing as he was one of the biggest Hamiltonian mercantilitsts in history. He LOVED fiat currency, big banks, central banks, corporations and big, centralized government.

He believed the U.S. gov should print it’s own money not a private bank.
